Create a title sequence based on a book that conveys its tone and emotional journey without revealing key plot details. The sequence should visually express the story’s atmosphere through a chosen style, setting the stage for what’s to come while preserving the heart of the narrative.
Challenge
The solution was to combine line art and flat art to reflect the book’s whimsical tone while still capturing its deeper, more serious themes. To create balance between the two styles, the line art was given more visual depth, allowing it to complement and elevate the simplicity of the flat art.
